I rolled back the version to 1.9.8 we are working with client right now we can’t have downtime.

I think error is clear but if you need a staging tell me I can create one to replicate this.

Yes, we’d need an admin login to a staging copy. As always sent to our usual email  Thank you.

ok sent the staging site logins to mail help@

Thanks @sinanisler ,

Can replicate the issue when used together with WPML.
Working on it.

Regards,
Jenn.

In my case the filters don’t work even in 1.9.8 with wpml.

Hi Sinanisler,

Just to report that my project experienced the same behavior. After deactivating WPML the filter worked normally.

well they are coding the fix at the moment let’s wait. just rollback one version back.

btw "shamelessly plugs "
if anyone needs AI for WPML try my free tool

I will certainly try it. Thanks!!:+1:

I honestly still don’t understand why we need to leave a website bloated with translation plugins in the AI era. All browsers have a very reasonable translation feature with just one click. If it weren’t for SEO reasons, I would certainly discard this function in WP, as WPML is a real heavy truck to pull once installed.

Could you tell me how to roll back the bricks version?

there is no rollback button for bricks theme just upload the old version and overwrite it.

An headway on the WPML conflict? I’m experiencing the same issue and isolated it down to Bricks Filters stop working whenever the WPML CMS plugin is active. Latest version of WordPress, Bricks, and WPML all running.

its in WIP

for now, just roll back one version before.

Hi guys,

We’ve fixed this issue in Bricks 1.10 beta, now available as a manual download in your account (see changelog).

Please let us know if you are still experiencing issues.

As with any beta release, please do not use it on a production/live website. It is only meant for testing in a local or staging environment.

Best regards,
M

On my page the filtering now works in the default language but does not work on the translated page. (I use Filter - Radio)

simone did you try updating indexes and clearing cache etc… ?

If problem still persists I would recommend opening a new post for this bug report.

Hello, the issue seems happen again in latest version 1.10.3.

Using WPML, everytime I try to index in Bricks setting. The filter options show up ONLY in the specific language of Admin UI, but not the other. If i switch to language B and index, the filter only works on language B.

Seems only Filter - Select has this bug. Filter - Search seems ok.

Try to debug, no help: turn on/ off language cookies in WPML; on/off query cache; try to index all, continue index… Nothing works.

Try to downgrade to 1.10.0, not work.

And yes, I always clear cache every test.

you should create a new bug report and make a jam.dev recording so devs see whats happening.

I just checked this issue on my site and I didn’t see any problem.
I have latest bricks + wpml
your problem seems like something else.

I can confirm this issue exists in 1.10.3 indeed. I have multiple languages and reindexing all always only works for some of them. After certain time, it stops working for some of the language. Haven’t found a rule yet.

It’s a combo of WPML, Bricks and WooCommerce (product categories)
