WAIT: Total white screen AND wrong template slug

Browser: Chrome 110
OS: Windows
URL: https://akademie-mediation.at/blog/template/produkt_seminarlounge-kopieren/?bricks=run

Hello forum,
we’re running this website on a plesk server with PHP 8.3.16 FPM (Apache) and an nginx-proxy.

I don’t know where I am running into an issue atm and would be happy for every help. I am positive I am missing something here, but I just do not see it.

Thank you for your help!

The issue is:

  1. The slug for templates is wrong (…**./blog/**template/xyz…)
  2. The template is loaded as total white screen

What I tried so far:

  1. saving, restoring and resetting the permalinks to something like domain.tld/%postname%
  2. resetting the nginx-cache
  3. resetting w3total cache
  4. disabling
  5. everything after each other

The debug log only gives me this:

Hello @Sebshn,

You mentioned two things, where the first one is:

I don’t exactly understand how the template is wrong. If your base permalink setting is /blog/, then the template URL that you shared at the top seems correct ( https://akademie-mediation.at/blog/template/produkt_seminarlounge-kopieren/). Or is there anything else that I’m missing?

And about the second issue:

Is this happening only for templates, or also for pages, if you try to edit them with Bricks? You can try the following first, but if none will help, can you send temporary login credentials to your test/staging website and a link to this thread to help@bricksbuilder.io using the email address you used during the purchase, so we can take a look?

  • Disable ALL pluigns
  • Check the Bricks Academy Known Issues article (Known issues – Bricks Academy), and there is a “blank canvas” issue described, so please check if the proposed solution solved it.
  • Rest nginx-cache (just to be sure)

Now, once you do all of that, and it’s still not working, then you can send login credentials to us, so we can take a look. If you have a staging website, even better

Best regards,
Matej
