WAIT: `Populate all colours from the variable manager` is not importing variants

I have around 80 colours in my variables list but Populate all colours from the variable manager only imports the base ones, not the variants.

As far as I can tell from your screencast, the behavior is correct, since while the variables do exist, the Core Framework color palette itself only contains, for example, bdn-primary, but not its shades (?). The Color Manager only uses the entries that are also present in the current color palette.

Generating color palettes from variables should be possible in a future version, once this improvement has been implemented:

Suppose I have a list of CSS colour variables from something like CoreFramework. Is there a way to import/add those to the colour palette automatically? I’m aware that there’s a paid CoreFramework plugin that syncs this, but I’m curious if this can be achieved without it?
