We’ve found the same issue across some of our Bricks websites when testing the forms:
Submission failed. Please reload the page and try to submit the form again.
We have not found a pattern, it just happened, i’ve tested the forms before and worked fine and now i just get the error.
The form usually does not work due to a wrong or missing SMTP configuration. This varies from hoster to hoster, so it is impossible to say in general what the reason is in your case. Have you ever tried using an SMTP plugin?
If that doesn’t work either, please send temporary login credentials and a link to this thread to help@bricksbuilder.io using the email address you used during the purchase.
