SOLVED: Some issues in Product gallery element

Browser: Chrome 129.0.6668.101
OS: Windows

Hi bricks team,

A few items that seem to not work as expected in the Product gallery element.

1- In RTL, there is a slight deviation for Thumbnail, which can be seen in the following screenshot.

2- If we set the Thumbnail position to the right or left, Thumbnail scrolling does not work as expected. Please watch the video below. If we set the Thumbnail position to the right or left, Thumbnail scrolling does not work as expected. Please watch the video below. There are actually only 4 images, but we can scroll. After scrolling, only empty space is scrolled.

thanks

Hello @HOSEIN,

I can replicate both issues :+1:

For an issue #1, I’ll open new bug report, but for the issue #2, there already seems to be a report about it, so it’s a duplicate.

Thanks,
Matej

Hi Hosein,
We’ve fixed this issue in Bricks 1.11.1, now available as a one-click update in your WordPress Dashboard.

Changelog: Bricks 1.11.1 Changelog – Bricks

Please let us know if you are still experiencing issues.

Best regards,
timmse

Hi timmse,

This problem still exists in 1.11.1

After loading the page, the part of the thumbnail on the left is not displayed. Also, after scrolling through the gallery, the thumbnail is slightly distorted. (second picture)

Hi Hosein,
Yep - there seems to be something wrong with the width calculation

Hi Hosein,
After consulting with the developers, it’s probably best to contact WooCommerce, since the calculation is part of the Woo code.

Although the WooCommerce Flexslider itself has an RTL and gap setting, it doesn’t calculate the gap and width correctly. I’m not aware of anything we can do in Bricks.

Hi timmse,

Thank you very much for following up on this matter🙏
