When someone has builder access set to “Edit Content”, they don’t have the ability to add a new accordion item. I feel like that should definitely be accessible with basic content editing.

Hi there, did you find a way to allow editors to do so? I am facing the same issue in my own custom repeater element.
I’ve found the only way is to just set it up as a ACF/etc repeater field and use a query loop on that with the nested accordion. Easy enough, just a little disconnected when a client is editing other content right in the builder. Hope that helps!

This is the intended behaviour so this is not exactly a bug as the “Edit content” is for editing content not adding new content.
