NO BUG: Bricks 1.12 breaks Advanced Themer 2.9.1.3

After installing Bricks Update AT is no longer working in all instances. Some features work, some not.

Hi Leo,
Please get in touch with Advanced Themer support since it’s a third-party plugin.

Your problems may already be solved by AT 2.10 RC (no guarantee).

Best regards,
timmse

Tnx for quick reply, Thomas. Unfortunately it’s not. I went back to 1.11.1 and everything works - also with AT 2.10 RC.

Ok, please contact the Advanced Themer support anyway, as we do not develop the plugin and therefore cannot solve any problems within the plugin.

If there is an incompatibility, @maximebeguin will surely fix it as soon as possible :v:

Hey @timmse

Thanks for tagging me!

v1.12 from Bricks is a massive release and includes disruptive changes that break AT’s functions - none of the previous releases will work properly with it.

I just released v3.0-beta which is available for all the AT customers within your account page. This beta release should be fully compatible with v1.12, but keep in mind it’s still a beta version and it’s not recommended to use it on production sites at this stage.

If no major issues come up in the coming days, you can expect a stable release next week.

I tried Bricks 1.12 and AT 3.0 Beta and could not find any breaking elements. For me it seems that everything is working normal now. Tnx for your quick reply and finding a solution. It’s all about customer service! Tnx @timmse and @maximebeguin

For me, it triggers “Plugin could not be activated because it triggered a fatal error.”

You need to disable Advanced themer before you activate the beta.
