I see you’re using Advanced Themer - since there are some incompatibility issues (one of them is this “Style” tab issue), which are solved in AT 3.0-beta, please update the plugin to the beta version and see if it fixes the issue.
For now, I’ll close this topic and mark it as a duplicate.
