unfortunately, I haven’t been able to create this so far. I’d still be very interested in a proper solution for it.
I’m actually a bit surprised that there isn’t more demand for something like this. From my experience with clients, this isn’t something unusual that only very few would ask for…
Would need fair bit of CSS to get the nav nestable element to behave like that on mobile, due to it being designed to work differently out of the box. But it’s only CSS that would be needed, to handle the transforms/positioning etc.
There was a few people in the community that have done this, some selling their solution as a pre-made ‘mega menu’ template for something like $20/$30 if I remember right.
But it won’t be a combination of settings that would get you there, it would be some custom CSS added as you’d be customising the behaviour, not just ‘styling’ the built-in solution.
