Dear Bricks team,
As much as I love your builder (I really do! ), the mobile menu is pretty much the ONLY thing that’s still so frustrating to use for me because it still lacks ONE very important feature, which is the option for multi-level menus!
I’ve already submitted the idea to the idea board, but it has either not been approved by now (not sure how long it usually takes) or you think it’s not as important as other things.
However, from what I’ve heard from the community, there really IS a need for this!
In my career as a web developer working with Elementor before and now Bricks, this kind of menu is pretty much a standard. In the last company I worked at, we always had to rely on other plugins like the Crocoblock mobile menu (which has the option for multi-level menus but lacks a lot of styling options and other things), or we simply couldn’t do it without programming, which always sucked, and my boss didn’t like a solution like that very much!
Many websites have this kind of mobile menu, and I’d even go as far as calling this a standard for mobile menus! You cannot always rely on dropdowns because, depending on how big your site is, you always end up having a very long menu with multiple levels, and that’s not very user-friendly and also doesn’t look very nice.
What I’m talking about is something that (as already said) is pretty common on many sites. Here are some that use that kind of mobile menu:
- https://www.ferienwohnungen-glowe.com/ (Uses the not very customizable Crocoblock menu but has multi-level option)
- Responsive Multi-Level Menu - Demo 1 (A site that demonstrates some effects)
- Socken, Strümpfe, Sport & Fashion - FALKE® Online Shop | FALKE (A huge international website with both dropdown and multi-level mobile menu)
- https://www.amazon.de/ (Also both dropdown and multi-level)
- Frische Einrichtungsideen & erschwingliche Möbel - IKEA Deutschland (Also both dropdown and multi-level)
- https://www.apple.com/ (Also both dropdown and multi-level)
I could probably go on forever.
In addition to that, I’d like to mention that here in the forums there are already some threads from users who asked about this feature, and there are also comments on YouTube and on other forums where users (including myself) have no clue why this isn’t an option and are pointing out the importance of this feature!

I know that there are some solutions from other users, and I really appreciate their effort, but pretty much all of them (I’ve purchased every single one I found) either work with a LOT of custom code or simply don’t work that well. The one from Fancybricks, for example, doesn’t have a good option to go back from menu level 2 to menu level 1. They added the word “back” with a pseudo element, but it’s not a very elegant solution in my opinion, and the animations could be better, too. (Sorry Fancybricks, if you read this! I still have my subscription for your elements, and I usually love your work! )
Just to clarify again how important this should be for everyone: I don’t know how other users would do this or if they simply don’t create these more complex mobile menus. But compared to other things that are currently on the roadmap, like a “back to top button” (I never understood people requested that because it’s just a few lines of JavaScript and not very difficult to do in general), this advanced mobile menu with multiple levels should have a very high priority!
I hope other people that would like to have this will upvote this, as they already did on the other forums or on YouTube, so that maybe this gets a bit more attention
Greetings!
