DUPLICATE: The Builder language setting to English is ignored

Under Settings > Builder > Language I have set “English US”, but the Builder is completely in German. What could be the reason for that?

The problem has already been reported. The Builder inherits the site language:

What am I doing wrong? This never used to be a problem, but now the builder switched to German. [bricks-builder-06] Probably the site language. Or maybe the software default language? [bricks-builder-05] My profile and my builder are set to English. [bricks-builder-04] [bricks-builder-03]
