DUPLICATE: Leave viewport only working after being called twice

I have an interaction set up to change the background color of my fixed header when a section at the top of the page goes out of the viewport. and then it changes back when the section re-enters the viewport. It all works, but not on the first time scrolling. I have to scroll down the page first and then back up to the top( the header background doesn’t change). Then start scrolling back down (then the background of the header changes)

I can give log in details to a team member if they should require it.
