Hi team,
I’m using Bricks version v1.11.1.1 and experiencing a bug. When opening the cart page, there’s a brief flash where the page loads without styles before it displays the cart correctly. While this glitch is minor, the main issue happens when removing an item from the cart. Upon reload, the “empty cart” template appears completely broken.
I can confirm it’s my custom template because it differs from the WooCommerce default. Using MS Edge’s DevTools, I noticed the same class name on the title: brxe-28dce6.
You can replicate this issue by adding a product to the cart and then removing it from the cart page.
For context, I keep my site lightweight:
Plugins: Bricks, WooCommerce, Funnelkit, and JetEngine.
I can’t reproduce the issue you see. Can you try to put the [woocommerce_cart] shortcode direct on the page (Gutenberg), using Shortcode block? Cart (WooCommerce) – Bricks Academy
I’ve added the [woocommerce_cart] shortcode directly in Gutenberg using the Shortcode block, but the same glitch still occurs. You can test it yourself by visiting https://new.nightsports.com.br/, adding a product to the cart, and then removing it from the cart page. Upon page reload, a broken empty cart template is displayed.
I’ve tried everything I could think of to fix this issue, but it started appearing after updating to WooCommerce 9.5.1. I’m not entirely sure if the WooCommerce update is the cause, though.
I built these cart, product, and other related pages with the help of Bricks’ excellent documentation. However, I couldn’t find any other users reporting this issue or anything similar in the docs.
If someone could test this directly on the site frontend, that would be greatly appreciated!
If you notice, even when opening the cart with items, there’s a kind of glitch where a broken version of the cart briefly appears before it automatically swaps to the themed version.
