DUPLICATE: Bricks-panel-elements RTL problem in drag and move to resize the panel

In RTL, try to resize the panel by drag and drop the edge of the panel, you will se that it moves in reverse direction of the mouse.

Also I suggest that someone check in detail in RTL in all Bricks Builder sections and fields.
I try to sent I much as I can to help more and reduce these problems.
