Woocommerce Checkout - no shipping - no Cod options

Hello im new in building websites

Im making the checkout page

  1. I disable all plugins

  2. Testing Using the template checkout and custom page with short code of woocommerce

Shipping options not showing for testing im using paypal and CoD, the CoD option is not showing

But when i activate Flow checkout plugins all the options are showing but with the the bricks default template but when i use the plugin the thank you page is not working after i place the order

any way to help
