Alright I found the issue… Somehow Bricks is removing any “\” in my code.
When I edit the alternative language page with Bricks, here’s the content of my code element:
So that’s why it’s not working… Is it a previous security feature that you guys implemented that introduce this bug? @thomas
And the slashes were not stripped in the translated version.
Are you able to replicate the issue with all plugins disabled except WPML? if so please share temporary admin access to help@bricksbuilder.io with a link to this forum thread. It should preferably be a staging environment so we can disable other plugins during the debugging process.
Sorry I was in WordCamp Europe last week, I just saw your reply.
I think since I have a workaround in this use case (using a PHP function inside my code block) and that I’m super busy back to work, I don’t think I’ll have enough time to try it (it happened on the live website).
Maybe someone will have a similar issue and will want to chime in here.
