WIP: When filtering the Global Class Manager with 'Unused on this site' component classes are not filtered correctly

When filtering to ‘Unused on this site’ some active classes (not all for some reason) on my components show up on the list.

Edit: The components were not being used on any post or page, but was inside a template. I have not tested with them being a page or post directly.
