WIP: When editing a component, the element outline always appears on the first instance if multiple identical components exist on the page

Hi team,

When we hover over elements in the canvas, the outline will appear along with the element name. But if we have a component in a Nestable slider, this will not happen.

Interestingly, I am hovering over a component that is inside a nestable slider, but the behavior is applied to the component outside the slider. Please watch the video below.
