WIP: Visual Grid Builder Rendering issue

Hi,

Although these items do not cause any problems in the workflow, it would be nice if they were fixed.

1- When we click on the layout elements, the layout settings panel displays a Element doesn’t exist Exist notification for a moment. There is no problem for other elements.

2- In Visual grid builder, skipping occurs when adding columns and rows. Even when we adjust or remove Gap or enable/disable Use min/max.

  1. I can’t see any issue in the current dev version and assume it’s already solved.
  2. I’m not sure what you mean by “skipping occurs”. I played the video at 0.5x speed, and apart from the 1fr that is displayed in the top left while rerendering, the number of columns is correct. Or am I missing something? Especially as you talk about gap and minmax, but leave them out of the video.

Overall, there’s no “lagging” at all, if even a rendering issue. Do you agree?

I didn’t remove them from the video, I only realized they were effective after I uploaded the video to Google Drive :blush:

Let me correct this report a bit. There is no problem with any of the visual grid builder options. In fact, the delay in rendering the Fr boxes is causing this visual issue. That’s why when I remove them in the video below, the problem is solved.
