Hi,
After clicking the Verification link, I am redirected to the success page, but it shows the user status as Inactive. What do you think could be the problem?
Thank you

Hi @HOSEIN,
no idea.
. If you resend an activation email, does it work then? Or it’s still not working?
Let me now. Because if it’s still not working, I might need a login access to check the values in the DB.
Thanks,
Matej

It still doesn’t work.

No problem, I’m happy to provide any information you need. Your previous access to my website has not changed. If you don’t have it, I can send it to you.
Yes please, would be great if you could send a new support ticket with login access + screenshot of the user with the issue.
I’ll maybe need to install one plugin to access the database and also register new user, to check if it will be working.
Thanks,
Matej
of course, I just sent the access.
Thanks
As mentioned over the email, this is not a bug, but the problem was with configuration. Both pages (verification success and verification failed) have to be selected.
Thank you,
Matej
An additional issue was noted by @HOSEIN if user choose /my-accound page as a successful activation page. The issue is, that after login, links are not working anymore.
As noted over the email, I’ve created a new internal task for this.
Thanks as always,
Matej
Hi Matej,
can you point me to the right direction how to give the user the posibility to resend an activation link? I only can find the option to resend it myself from the backend.
What i want is that on the login form (in my case from Woocommerce), after a user tried to login with an inactive account i get a WooCommerce Notice “Error: Account is inactive” in that case there should be an option to resend the link.
Thank you in advance if you could help me out ![]()
Hi @Mario,
Currently, the user can’t resend the activation link by himself. I suggest you create an idea board entry or/and new forum request under Feature Requests / Improvements, so we see how many users would want that.
Thank you,
Matej
