WIP: Theme Styles Specificity: default button style can't be overridden on a class

Browser: Chrome 110
OS: Windows
URL: Using LocalWP
Video: Account - Oni Strength

After turning one of my sections to a Component, some of the button styling stops working (like the background color). It seems that it just uses the ‘Theme Styles’ for that and ignores what is set in it.

Best regards,

Hi,
Thanks so much for your report!

Unfortunately, I am unable to reproduce the problem either. Please disable your plugins temporarily to see if it fixes the issue.

If not, please provide us with an accessible installation, and send the login credentials and a link to this thread to help@bricksbuilder.io.

Best regards,
timmse

Hello Timmse, how are you?

I don’t know if you noticed and tested it accordingly, but the buttons are inside a Nested Accordion.

Best regards,

Also, check the below video:

I didn’t need to disable any plugin. It is really doing what I told you, it is putting the default theme style in a higher specificity.

Best regards,

Please send access data as already requested so that we can reproduce the problem.

Hello timmse,

Email sent.

Hi Felipe,
I can now replicate the problem and have added it to our internal bug tracker. We will update this thread as soon as it is fixed.

Nice. :]

Thank you Timmse, have a nice weekend.

Hello timmse, how are you doing?

After 2.0.2 update, things got worse. Broke my entire website. :]

I’m using GRID to arrange items inside a component, after this update, GRID its not working anymore. It is forcing display FLEX. Check the video below.

P.S.: Needed to rollback to version 2.0.1

Best regards,

Please create a new thread, as the problem is completely different as the original issue. Thank you!

Done.

Hello timmse,

Any prediction to get this one resolved?

Thanks.
