Video: Short screen recording that illustrates this issue ClickUp
Create a component in Bricks Builder. In that component, add a button, then create two properties: one for the button text and another for the button link. Now link those properties to the component’s button. Next, enable the feature in Bricks settings to use the component as a Gutenberg block. Then go back to the “Edit with Bricks” area and enable the component to be used as a Gutenberg block.
After that, create a new post in the Gutenberg editor and add the Bricks custom component block. Add the link text and link URL to the button, then check the “Open in new tab” option. Save the page. Now uncheck the “Open in new tab” checkbox and save the blog page again. The change does not get unchecked on the frontend — the URL always has the _blank attribute and opens in a new tab.
Please check the video link added in the header for a better understanding.
Thanks.
