Maybe a bug or am I being stupid?
I’ve added a search button in icon/overlay mode, added text in the text field, but the text isn’t showing, only the icon

This isn’t exactly a 1.12 bug as this is the same behaviour as before: the button text in “Icon & Overlay” mode is used to control the button text in the overlay.
But admittedly I also think there should be a way to render the button text next to the icon in “Icon & overlay” mode. So I have created an improvement task for this in our development log and have updated the report’s category accordingly.
