WIP: Some issues in Anim. Typing element

Hi bricks team,

For the first time, I worked with the element “Anim. Typing” and encountered several things in it…

BUG

1- If we remove the default strings and add a custom string, the default strings will still be displayed in the Builder, but it will work as expected in the frontend.

2- In the settings of this element, the Shuffle option does not work. am i wrong?

improvement

It will be much better if we disable Loop in the settings of this element, the “Back speed in ms” option is also hidden. Because this control will be useful when Loop is active.

thanks for the report, let’s get over them:

  1. Do they? When I remove and replace the default string, all looks correct on my end. Please see the image below.
    Do you see any errors in the console?

  1. About a Shuffle options, it works for me. The strings are not ordered anymore, but I noticed some kind of “lag” and not consistent changing of strings, so I opened a bug report about this.

And about the improvement: “Back speed in ms” actually tells you how fast it will “erase” the string, so it has nothing to do with “Loop” setting. :slight_smile:

Please let me know about the bugs. As it seems to work for me and I’m not sure how to reproduce your problems.
