I’m trying to setup an aside with filters that allowes the user to adjust the results on the search page, or query a new search. I noticed that initial displayed select-Elements don’t show the correct taxonomies for the current search, but rather correlate to what they should show, if it was only filtering products that contain the string CNC in this case, and ignoring my Search Critiria Page Settings. I guess this is a bug but could be wrongly configured. Maybe someone can shed some light on this.
This is a rather “elaborate setup” on a staging domain so I’m happy to send credentials if need be.
Best Regards
Suat
Edit: Focusing the Search Field and pressing enter fixes the indexing, so my workaround will be that i’ll write a script that does that on pageload, but maybe someone else might run into the same issue
Hi @UserfreundSuat, and apologies for the delayed response. I opened this topic yesterday and completely forgot to reply.
Yes, please. Could you share your login credentials via email at help@bricksbuilder.io? Please use the email address you originally used for the purchase, and also include a link to this forum thread.
Ideally, if you could include a short video demonstrating how to replicate the issue, that would be very helpful as well.
no worries! I just recorded a video and I’ll provide that aswell as the credentials to your specified mail address tomorrow, since I don’t have access to the email address we originally used for the purchase right now.
Thank you so much for the information and the website access.
We can replicate this issue locally and confirm it’s a bug.
Added in the bug tracker, and we will update this forum thread once we have tackled it.
