The select filter doesn’t add any get params to the url, so no filtering happens. Also layout is broken when multiples choices in new settings are active:

I used ‘wordpress field → post → title (ID)’, cuz I don’t have much data on test installation.
I have one live site and select filter works fine on it. And another where it doesn’t… The only difference I know: on first one filters were active before updating to 2.3, on the second - no

When selecting an option in the filter, nothing happens. Using MacOS, tried Chrome and Firefox.

Thank you so much for reporting the issue.
I can replicate this issue if I only have 1 Filter - Select element on the entire page. (The Filters JavaScript is not enqueued)
It’s a bug, and we are working on it.
As a temp workaround, you can place a a Filter - Search element on the page without configure anything and set display:none on it.
