If you look at the two screenshots below, the ellipsis animation is not displayed in the center and there is a bit of empty space at the bottom. Other animations are fine.

Thanks for the link! So, your report is about the ripple animation, not the ellipsis animation (see title and description)? I am sorry that this has confused me a little since you’re talking about the ellipsis animation, but the link shows the ripple 
However, I agree that the ripple animation is slightly off (around about 2 pixels), so I adjusted the title accordingly.
