WIP: JetEngine metabox not rendering in Account view order template

Hi team,

I created a meta box for WooCommerce orders using JetEngine. This metabox is actually the tracking code for users’ orders.

Then I added its dynamic data in the Account view order template, but it returns the value empty. I initially raised this with Jet Engine support and they said it seemed to be a problem with Bricks.

Thanks. That’s exactly what I did, but the meta box is not there. Maybe it’s something with my install, I’ll have to try on empty one.

I’ll get back to this issue once I figure this out :slight_smile:

Do you mean that metabox is not added to orders, or JetEngine does not have the metabox option?

I really don’t want to take up your time on this. If you think it would be easier to try this on my test website, the access I sent in the email earlier is still there and everything is ready there.

Hi @HOSEIN,

I was able to replicate it on your instal. Then I tried to replicate it with ACF locally, and I could replicate it with ACF locally as well, so I’ve created a task for this. :slight_smile:
