WIP: Instant navigation and builder language issue

Hi,

On my website, the WordPress language is Persian. In the bricks settings, the builder language is set to English and the builder direction is set to LTR. Instant navigation is also enabled. In this situation, if we are on a page and click on the header or footer edit handle, after loading the builder, the page/template settings will be displayed in Persian.
