WIP: Grid display changing from 'grid' to 'initial' upon clicking / Some tooltips not working

I think I found a couple of bugs with grid display changing from ‘grid’ to ‘initial’ upon clicking, and issues with some tooltips not working while others function correctly. I’m using v2.4-beta2. See video demo below.

I think the problem is related to the bi-directional changes not taking place when one of the settings is changed. See below

Thanks for the report. The grid display issue matches this existing report: WIP: CSS display keeps reverting with CSS sync enabled

We’ll update that thread once it’s fixed.

However, I can replicate the flexbox alignment issues, including missing tooltips and syncing (or better said, not-syncing).

Thanks! Did you mean that you can’t replicate the the flexbox alignment and tooltips issues? If so, I thought it’s worth mentioning that I’m using beta2 but the one that had the fix for the css field not loading. I wonder if it could be something specific with that version.

The grid display issue will be handled in the other report. As soon we fixed the CSS sync flexbox issues, we’ll let you know in this thread :v:
