WIP: [Element UI Box] Does not remain visible when sticky is active on page

Hi guys,

I absolutely love how you have implemented sticky elements (auto z-index, incl. containers, etc.).

One bug I have noticed is that when sticky containers are active on a page, all elements (excluding containers) do not show the navigation box around it. (the box that you would visually adjust margins or identification on the canvass the element you are editing) as soon as you move from the element to the editor on the left-hand side.

If it is unique to me, let me know, and I can ping you a temp login.
