When the left sidebar is open, on CSS tab only, and I click the items in the right sidebar, the left sidebar closes and reopens, it twitches. (You need go to CSS and then CSS again, to where you can write the custom CSS, that tabs bugs out)
Also, the scrollbars twitch very fast… you can see this another screenshot took 0.5 sec after , it has scrollbar, which appears and disappears very quickly
PS: Same issue on staging which is some 1.11 version or such.

thank you for your report. I was able to replicate this one and I’ve created an improvement task for this.
As a side note, you can also go to the WP Dashboard → Bricks → Settings → Builder → Control Panel and you toggle on Disable auto-expand option. That way, the panel will not auto-expand when you switch between elements.
As for the scrollbar, it’s probably because of the rapid collapse/expand motion.
