WIP: Closing popup Issue in Chrome browser

OS: Windows

Hi team,

Please see this link. Add a product to the cart and then scroll up. Now click on the Continue button to close the pop-up. After closing, it will auto scroll to the point where it opened.

This only happens on Chrome desktop and Windows browsers. It also seems to only be an issue with WooCommerce interactions, as there is no issue with a simple popup.
