WIP: Cart quantity element: Even if there is not enough stock, the update will be performed

Hi team,

In Cart and Mini Cart, if a product has, for example, 2 items in stock and both items are in the Cart, each click on the + button will perform the update process and it will still remain 2. The default behavior of WooCommerce is to disable the + button.

I reproduced the issue and added it to our bug tracker.
