WIP: Builder vertical scroll after displaying dynamic data in rich text element

Hi,

After displaying the dynamic data panel in the rich text element, vertical scrolling is enabled in the builder and the entire builder is scrollable vertically.

thank you for this. I was able to replicate it locally and I’ve created an internal task for this.
