WIP: Builder toolbar link issue with instant navigation

Hi,

In Settings > Builder, the toolbar link option is set to Dashboard. If we navigate from one page or template to another in the builder while instant navigation is enabled, clicking on the Toolbar logo will display a preview of the page, whereas it should open the dashboard.
