Hi Community,
I’m new to Bricks (coming from Oxygen) and I can’t figure out how to…
I’d liket to create a multi-language website. I design header, footer and inner content in the primary language, then I suppose to save them as templates and load them on the further language pages.
However, when I go to a secondary language page and look for templates: nothing is shown!
I think the reason is that only templates of the given language are shown, but that is definitely not OK.
Could you please help me how can I import a template with a finished design from one language to another?
I really appreciate your help.
I don’t know which language plugin you’re using but with WPML you need only one template for every language. Inside of this template you create different sections for different languages with the help of conditions.
Hi Tobias,
Thank you for your answer. I use polylang (free).
I’ve tried this method with Oxygen and it is very difficult to handle when you need to modify it but that is a different story.
I’ve figured out that I can export a template then imort it. This way I handle some things bit it seems not ALL the settings were exported-imported, the template settings were not imported…
I hope someone has a good solution…
Thank you in advance.
