Will the builder still be usable? Meaning, can we add new pages or edit existing ones? What if we have a blog, can we still add new posts through Gutenberg?
As detailed in their terms and on the website - nothing happens: but you’ll get no more support and no updates, which is a security concern.

far as I know site just keeps working you can even edit your old pages but no new updates.
