Hi,

I built a website for my client. After she updated Bricks Builder, two issues appeared:

  1. Typography issue – the font I set in Bricks Builder (Inter) is no longer displayed, another font is showing instead.
  2. Image issue – some images became very slow to load, and some didn’t load at all.

Here’s what happened next:

What I’ve already tried:

  • Cleared the cache (both on my side and asked my client to do the same).
  • Tested in incognito mode: still the wrong font on her side.

So currently:

  • On my computer → correct font.
  • On my client’s computer → wrong font.

I don’t understand how the same website can display two different fonts depending on the device.

Could you help me troubleshoot this?

I think the first step to debug this is to give us the link to your website, so we can check if we see the first or the second variant of the website.

It’s likely, though, that this is caused by some kind of caching.

thank you for the link. When I open the page, it looks like in the second screenshot - so broken.

I can see that you use the “Inter” font, which I believe is a Google font - can you show me how you selected it? Did you add it as a custom font, or did you just pick it from Google ones?

Because I don’t see Google Fonts even being loaded.

Also, can you try to disable all optimization and caching plugins (Litespeed + if you have any other)? Is it working then? You can also try to disable all custom scripts, just to exclude that.
