When I use in pages the hierarchial mode (set up a page for parent)
In public side every time rendering my Blog archive template.
I have check my Archive template conditions but only set up it for Blog page.
So, my parent page rendering ok. xxxxxdomain/adomany is good
But xxxxdomain/adomany/title/ is the problematic.
click option “Apply to child pages”
Yes I tried. Not working. 
But now it would be a wrong way…
You can see 2 full different images. 1. is the page and parent page. 2. is an evidence, that I have not set up my BLOG ARCHIVE template to the simple pages. But it is render blog archive page for all pages what I set up under a parent page.

I don’t fully understand your setup. I don’t understand the language but looks like your first screenshot & second don’t share the same post/page name. Not really sure what’s the intended setup here.
