WAIT: Woocommerce Template problem

Bricks WooCommerce Template Problem

Hi everyone, I already posted this in the Facebook group, but without success. Now the problem is back, and I’m trying here directly.

I have three products in my WooCommerce shop. One of them is a variant product. However, it’s always only displayed in the single-product template after I create it. When I then work in the shop, at some point only the default template is displayed—but only for the variant product. The other two products are displayed correctly in their respective templates. If I click “Edit with Bricks” for the variant product, it’s displayed there in the correct template (style).

I completely deleted the product and recreated it, and then it worked until I continued working on the shop the next day. At some point, the display in the template deactivated again. I’ve tried so many things that I can’t even write them all down. So, I’m asking if anyone has any idea what the problem could be?

One more thing: I copied the website from a Divi installation using Duplicater, but as far as I can tell, I removed all Divi elements. So far, there aren’t any other problems. A new Bricks child site is also activated, so there shouldn’t be any old changes left.

Variant-Product: https://downloadtreff.de/produkt/betragsgutschein-sauna (not working)

Normal-Product: https://downloadtreff.de/produkt/tagesgutschein (working)

Thank you in advance for your support!

Hi Carsten,
Thanks so much for your report!

Hard to guess… Please send temporary login credentials and a link to this thread to help@bricksbuilder.io using the email address you used during the purchase :v:

Best regards,

Thank you, email is on its way.

Thanks!
The product was rendered using WordPress instead of Bricks—this usually happens because you accidentally clicked on it without realizing it.

I clicked on “Render with Bricks” and adjusted the condition for your single product template to Post Type » Product to keep things a bit simpler. If you really only want to apply the template to specific products, you should set up the custom condition this way (see screenshot #2), rather than creating a separate individual condition for every product.

Let me know if the problem comes up again :v:
