WAIT: WooCommerce order [incorrectly] requires sign-in to view and pay order

Once an order is created on WooCommerce, the order is saved on the WooCommerce backend.

If we send an email to the client with the order details, they can click to pay for the order which takes them to a link on the website.

Issue: The client is expected to log in to pay the order but have already deselected the sign in option on WooCommerce (screenshot attached)

If we click “pay order” and we navigate to the website in the same browser, we’re able to view the page without login in, however, if we open the link in a brand new window, we need to log in to pay.

How do we resolve this?

I am not able to replicate this issue.

Kindly check if that order Customer field is “guest” or already tied to a valid existing customer.
