WAIT: WooCommerce order confirmation issue + form-checkout.php template outdated

On the WooCommerce order confirmation/thank you page, I’m having issues with the Product line items, subtotals, and discounts all showing 0. The overall total for the order is correct though. (See attached)

Looking at WooCommerce status issues, I noticed that Bricks is running a v3.5.0. Say the current template version is at 9.4.0. (See attached)

Why is this so far behind? And can we get this resolved? I’ve seen other threads that mention this outdated template and had it resolved for previous Bricks versions. So I’m not sure why this warning is still present.

Can you please help? Thanks.

I’m experiencing this as I’m currently working on woo project for a client

Hi guys,
The issue has already been reported:

The changes in the form-checkout template only concern a newly added aria label, i.e. it should have no effect. Accordingly, I think the problem has a different cause.

Have you already tried deactivating all plugins except WooCommerce?

By the way: We do not assign the WooCommerce version number, but WooCommerce itself. This is a screenshot from the original template file, which can be found in the plugin folder of WooCommerce 9.3.3 (the version before Woo 9.4, released two days ago).

Best regards,
timmse

Thanks @timmse . Sorry, I didn’t see the other thread about this issue.

Hi @dapan ,

Back to the Thank you template issue.
Please may I know if you have any orders on your website?
Is the amount showing zero in the actual frontend?

Regards,
Jenn

Hey @itchycode - yes, this issue is only on the frontend and in the email notifications about the order.

The order amount processes correctly in the backend.

@dapan

Kindly provide admin access and send to help@bricksbuilder.io (Include this thread URL as a reference)

The template shouldn’t affect the amount of the table and also the email.

If possible, you should deactivate plugins to check if the issue is caused by one of them.

Jenn
