Thank you for your help!

Hi Erwin,
Thanks so much for your report!

Since the checkout page is completely empty for me, I guess there’s something fundamentally wrong with your setup. Did you follow these instructions?

Best regards,
timmse

Hello Timmse,

I checked the setup and it’s setup correctly. I think there is a problem with the InstaWP installation.

The current webshop is using Flatsome. But they want more control over the design so we are building a new webshop using the Bricks Builder. Because of the problems with InstaWp, I created a staging site of the current site on our own VPS. I replaced Flatsome with Bricks. And I copies the templates form the InstaWP testing site to the new staging site. But is still gives the same wierd output on the front end. Almost like there is no CSS.

I use the addons from Bricks Ultimate. So maybe it’s the Bricks Ultimate plugin that’s causing the problem. But it’s wierd that it shows correct in the builder but wrong on the front end.

Hey Erwin,
It is probably best to send temporary login credentials and a link to this thread to help@bricksbuilder.io using the email address you used during the purchase.

Hey, Erwin, old topic, but yeah, it’s “Bricks Ultimate” plugin doing, because it has a super weird way to enqueue custom plugin styles - only loads them in admin side, for some reason.

Hello Debesyla,

Thank you for your response. On our live site we didn’t have the problem. Only on InstaWP. Still don’t know why. BricksUltimate is also doing something wierd with the radio buttons on the site.
