Vimeo video (NOT on autoplay, NOT on mute, with muted=0 in privacy hash) plays muted and only plays the sound after user manually selects the unmute button that hovers at the top.
Why have the mute toggle if toggling off doesn’t actually unmute it?
Why have the autoplay toggle if toggling off doesn’t actually get treated as a feature video (vs an autoplay)? Not trying to have the video autoplay.. just want it to play with audio when user hits play..
I know this same video doesn’t do that when using another wp builder… it’s a Bricks issue..
I tested it on the Vimeo link without the privacy hash because I don’t have a Pro version to test the privacy hash, and it’s working. However, I tested on the 2.2 version, which is the latest Bricks version, and if you can, please update and see if that helps.
If not, and the issue is only happening if you have a privacy hash, then can you please send me the video link and privacy hash so I can test this myself with your video? Ideally you can just copy and paste the element and send it to help@bricksbuilder.io using the email address you used during the purchase (please also include this forum topic link).
