WAIT: Translated Templates Not Rendering with WPML (Header/Footer/Popup)

The default language of my WordPress website is Dutch. When switching to English, the page content translates correctly, but the header, footer, and popup usually remain in Dutch instead of loading their English versions.

Although English versions of the header, footer, and popup exist, they only work occasionally. Most of the time, the Dutch templates are shown on English pages.
