WAIT: This site can’t be reached

I’m having an issue with a bricks site where I couple of pages are issuing this error: This site can’t be reached. The error doesn’t show up in debug/error logs.

This doesn’t happen with all pages, just some pages.

Here’s what I’ve done

  • Checked debug/access/error logs, no errors.
  • Changed themes, issue persists
  • Deactivated all plugins, issue persists.
  • Cloned the site to staging and the issue persists
  • Cloned the site to my local, issue persists.
  • Flushed permalinks, issue persists
  • Ran wp db repair and that didn’t help, issue persists
  • Updated WP, plugins, themes to latest versions, issue persists.

I think it’s possibly a database related issue.

Other info
Site is hosted on a digital ocean instance (spinupwp).

Nothing has been done on the website either, no updates etc.

Could you record a small screencast demonstrating the issue so I can better understand where the error appears and where it is coming from?

To check what might be wrong in this specific scenario we’d definitely have to have a look at the site. So it would be great if you were so kind as to provide us with some temporary credentials to the site you’re having the problems on as well as a link to this forum thread via help@bricksbuilder.io.
