WAIT: The revisions are empty. There is not a single element

Hello! My editor froze, I closed the page. I went in again, tried to restore the latest version from the revisions, I click on them, and they are empty. The last 5 revisions are empty - not a single component.

Only the revision from 4 hours ago includes the elements. How do I restore what I’ve been doing for 4 hours?

Hi Kate,
Welcome to the Bricks forum!

I’m confused since your screenshot shows you’re using Elementor and the Blocksy theme?
So this forum is probably not the right place

Best regards,
timmse

I added the correct screenshot.

I started putting the page back together, but I don’t have the changes saved.

There is one thing in the editor, but there are no new blocks in the preview.

Adding video screen recordings

I’m not sure what you’re editing since everything is in Russian and the video does not provide explanations, but a template might override the (page?) content.

Perhaps it would be easier to understand if you could send temporary login credentials, information on where we can see the issue, and a link to this thread to help@bricksbuilder.io using the email address you used during the purchase.

I found a problem.
This is an emoji in the text(

Ok. And it works without emoji? If so, it’s probably because your database collation can’t handle the emojis. To test this, you can try inserting an emoji in Gutenberg and see if you can save (switch to one of the standard themes first).
