WAIT: The "Page Settings" options does not apply when in editor mode initially unless modified

The “Page Settings” CSS and options does not apply on the page when in editor mode until you change the “Custom CSS” box or other setting in this area.

Unfortunately, I cannot reproduce the issue with Bricks 1.6 beta. Can you please test it again with 1.6 beta and possibly record a short video and explain the problem in more detail?
