WAIT: Sticky header pushes site back to top

The sticky header has some confusing behavior. If i scroll a little down the page it pushes the site back to the top of the page automatically. In the jam i have here im scrolling down and stopping adn then it automatically scrolls back up. Why would it do this?

I found the problem with the stick header. I had scroll snap activated on bricks. When i turned this off the smooth scroll on bricksforge seemed to work fine.

I still have the problem with the footer not showing up in the builder view. I copied everything to a new page at it works for a while and then it disappears again. SO this problem or bug does seem to persist.
